Former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has been vocal about the recent recruitment examinations held in the Vidhan Sabha. During this, citing his tenure, he had said that he had commented on making the recruitment letter in the Vidhan Sabha as per the rules. After this, there was uproar regarding these recruitments.
Now the Vis President has constituted a three-member committee to investigate the recruitments and the committee has also started the investigation. On Tuesday, former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat was called to Delhi by the BJP central leadership. If sources are to be believed, he will meet BJP President JP Nadda on Wednesday in New Delhi. After that he can also meet other leaders.

The expert inquiry committee probing the recruitment case of the Vidhan Sabha on Tuesday called Secretary Assembly Mukesh Singhal and took various information regarding the appointments. In the first phase, the committee is thoroughly examining the files related to 222 appointments made from 2012 to 2021.
The expert inquiry committee headed by retired IAS DK Kotia has to submit its report to the Speaker within a month. The two members of the committee include retired IAS Surendra Singh Rawat and Avnendra Singh Nayal. The inquiry committee is engaged in the investigation since Sunday. It is probing from this aspect whether the rules and regulations have been followed in the appointments made in the assembly.
The inquiry committee had on Monday opened the chamber of the secretary’s assembly and took possession of some files related to the appointment from there. In view of the investigation of the recruitment case, secretary assembly Mukesh Singhal has been sent on a long leave. After the announcement of the investigation of the case on Saturday, his room was sealed.
