
All preparations have been completed by the administration for the G20 conference. From Tuesday (today) the delegates have started coming to attend the conference. First the 10 member team reached Dehradun airport located at Jollygrant at 7:30 am. In which five representatives from China and five from Italy reached.
Two representatives of France will also reach today:
After that, in the afternoon, two representatives of France will reach Uttarakhand on Tuesday itself. All other representatives will reach Uttarakhand on Wednesday. For whom various arrangements have been made for reception from the airport to the venue.
Beautification as well as lighting the way:
On the other hand, from the airport to the program venue, along with cleanliness and beautification, the route has also been brightened up for the foreign guests. So that a different image of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand is remembered in front of the coming guests.
All preparations from the government:
All preparations have been made by the government regarding this. Deputy Collector Shailendra Singh Negi told that the arrival of the delegates attending the G20 conference has started from Tuesday. For which all preparations have been completed.
Officials camped in Narendranagar for G20 summit
Under the G-20 conference, the Anti-Corruption Working Group meeting will be held in Narendra Nagar from May 25 to 27. This will be the second meeting in the state. Earlier, a meeting under G-20 has been organized in Ramnagar. G-20 meetings are being organized in different cities of India.
Preparations have been made for the meeting of the International Level Anti-Corruption Working Group to be held in Narendra Nagar area. District Magistrate Dr. Saurabh Gaharwar and Chief Development Officer Manish Kumar and other officers have camped in Narendra Nagar itself. Last evening, officials inspected the arrival of delegates, movement route, conference, venue point, tour program of delegates etc.
The Chief Development Officer inspected the works of Village Oni, Ranipokhari Gujrada Motor Marg, Revati Hotel areas. He also directed to complete the remaining works of the last phase in village Oni at a fast pace.
Necessary instructions were given to the nodal officers regarding the smooth arrangement of reception of guests, stalls, toilets, water, electricity, cleanliness etc. and successful organization of the program at the main venue. Secretary Pankaj Pandey also inspected the preparations for the G-20 summit on Monday late evening.
