Blood donation camps organized at 75 places across the state
The Health Minister said that today, on the occasion of the 74th birthday of the Prime Minister, blood donation camps are being organized at 74 places across the state. He informed that the Ayushman Bhava campaign will be run till October 2. Under which 10-10 blood donation camps will be organized in every assembly constituency.
In this, voluntary organizations, NSS, Red Cross Society, Scout-Guides, Rover-Rangers as well as local public representatives including health, education, urban development, Panchayati Raj, women empowerment and child development will also participate. The target is to register two lakh people for blood donation in the state. 85 thousand registrations have been done on e-Raktkosh. Apart from this, people will also be made to pledge for eye donation, organ donation and body donation. The target is to administer oath to ten thousand people.

Said that under Seva Pakhwada, there is also special focus on Ayushman Card and Abha ID. So far, Abha ID has been made for 58.65 lakh people in the state. Abha ID will be created for every citizen. At the same time, 52 lakh Ayushman cards have been made, 90 lakh are to be made. The target is to make 100 percent Ayushman cards in the state. On this basis the villages will be declared as Ayushman Gram. He said that this is also a good opportunity for every MLA to go door to door.
Ayushman Bhava: Health fair will also be organized under the campaign
The minister said that health fairs will also be organized under the Ayushman Bhava campaign. Screening for non-communicable diseases including TB, anemia etc. will be done at the village level. He asked the Mayor to call a meeting of all the councilors regarding the said campaign. So that the strategy of ward wise campaign can be decided.
