Sunshine is shining amidst partial clouds from the mountains to the plains in Uttarakhand. However, intense showers and heavy rains are also continuing at some places. After the sunshine in the morning in Doon, there were heavy showers in the evening. According to Bikram Singh of the Meteorological Center, the weather in the state may remain the same for the next few days. There may be heavy rains with thunder and lightning at some places in Dehradun and Bageshwar. A yellow alert has been issued regarding this. Partial clouds are also expected in other districts.
Heavy rain for about half an hour in Dehradun
Bright sunshine was shining in Doon since morning on Monday. Due to which the heat increased, however, partial clouds started hovering after noon. At around four in the evening, a period of intense rain started in most areas of the city. There was heavy rain for about half an hour. After this the clouds cleared again. According to the Meteorological Department, Dehradun is expected to have partly cloudy and sunny weather for the next few days. However, there may be one or two rounds of heavy rain at some places.
