In total, irregularities have been detected in eight recruitment examinations in Uttarakhand within a year and a half. Five of these exams had to be cancelled. The remaining three are still under investigation.
Section Officer Sanjeev Kumar Absconded:
Since 2015, 66 accused have been arrested for rigging these recruitment examinations conducted by UKSSSC and UKPSC for 3314 posts.
The masterminds of this rigging, who have been arrested by the Special Task Force and SIT of Uttarakhand Police, include former UKSSSC President Dr. RBS Rawat, former Secretary Manohar Singh Kanyal, former Controller of Examinations Rajendra Singh Pokharia and suspended section officer of UKPSC Sanjeev Chaturvedi. Are included.
Another section officer of UKPSC Sanjeev Kumar is absconding in this case. It is clear from this that the penetration of copying mafia is not only in the corridors of power, but they also have a good nexus with the organizing institutions of the recruitment examination.
In the examinations in which malpractices have been detected, two were conducted during the Congress and six during the BJP regime. The network of copying mafia active in Uttarakhand is spread up to Uttar Pradesh, who have been challenging the government by leaking exam papers in an organized manner.
These recruitment exams were canceled due to rigging:
