If a candidate is from Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh or Haryana, then he will also be able to travel free of cost in Uttarakhand Transport Corporation buses. All divisional and depot managers were ordered to inform the operators in this regard.
