In Uttarakhand, the focus is on Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas. Chief Minister of the state Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the government is working with the objective of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas. Serious efforts are being made to make the mother power of the state self-reliant. CM Dhami said that the products that our sisters are preparing through women’s self-groups are failing even the products of multinational companies. CM Dhami focused on hill products and said that in the coming times only local things are being promoted.
Laid the foundation stone of schemes worth Rs 214 crore
In the Beti Bwaryun Ku Kauthig program organized at Pratap Inter College, New Tehri, Chief Minister Dhami inaugurated 44 schemes worth Rs 201 crore and laid the foundation stone of 116 schemes worth Rs 214 crore. Also, out of the MOUs worth Rs 3900 crore signed recently in the Global Investors Conference, he started the grounding of agreements worth Rs 2400 crore.
Emphasis given on drugs free Devbhoomi
During this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inspected the products manufactured by women self-help groups of the district in the handicrafts and handicraft exhibition and encouraged women by running Jandra (hand mill). Also, the students were given an oath to make Devbhoomi drug free by the year 2025.
PM is working for women empowerment
The Chief Minister said that the contribution of mother power in building the state of Uttarakhand is invaluable. Said that along with giving 30 percent reservation to women in government jobs, schemes like Chief Minister Women Empowerment, Chief Minister Mahalaxmi, Lakhpati Didi, Chief Minister Aanchal Amrit, Chief Minister Self-Employment, Chief Minister Minority Medhavi, Nanda Gaura Matru Vandana and Mahila Poshan Abhiyan have been started.
