Anti Copying Law: CM Pushkar Singh Dhami bluntly, said – the involved candidates will not be able to give the exam for 10 years

Candidates involved in cheating in recruitment examinations will now be debarred from appearing in any recruitment examination for 10 years. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has said this.
CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has said that this provision is being made by the government in the strict anti-copying law. Candidates who cheat in the recruitment examination will not be able to appear in any recruitment examination for 10 years.

SIT engaged in investigation of Patwari recruitment exam paper leak case:
In the paper leak case of Uttarakhand Public Service Commission’s Patwari Recruitment Examination-2022, the SIT will soon go to the Commission and collect information. Along with this, preparations are also being made to take the arrested accused on remand for questioning. SIT has started its preparation for this.
An inspector involved in the SIT investigation team has been given the responsibility to coordinate with the STF who cracked the case. His job is to coordinate with the investigating officer of STF and get information about the progress made so far and the new facts that have come to the fore.
Due to the police meeting on Sunday and the proposed inspection of the Director General of Police on Monday, the SIT focused on its homework regarding the investigation. The SIT has started the investigation of the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission’s Patwari recruitment exam.

Preparation for quick questioning of some new people:
Preparations are on to interrogate some new people who have come forward in this case soon. In the information received so far from the accused, half a dozen new names have also been revealed, the investigation team is getting information about their role. Action will be taken against them on the basis of their involvement.

When asked, Haridwar SP Crime Rekha Yadav, who is leading the investigation on behalf of the SIT, said that the findings found in the investigation so far are being studied, on the basis of which the accused will be interrogated on remand.
Told that soon the SIT will go to the State Public Service Commission and collect information related to the case. Said that the accused who solved the question paper will also be questioned when their names come to the fore, strict action will be taken if the case is proved.
