This year the main program of International Yoga Day in the state will be organized in Pithoragarh. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will be present in this program. Apart from this, this program will also be organized in the temples falling under the four Dhams and Manaskhand temple chain. The AYUSH department has prepared an action plan for the programs of International Yoga Day on 21st June this year. According to this, the main program should be organized in Pithoragarh. Along with this, programs will also be organized at all the four Dhams, Manaskhand temple chain, all major tourist places. Also, programs will be held on Yoga Day in all the district headquarters. The Minister in charge, Cabinet Minister and the responsible person in the government will participate in the programs to be held in these districts. The District Magistrate will take a decision regarding the venue and time of the program.
Along with this, programs will also be organized on the occasion of Yoga Day at the block level. Additional Secretary AYUSH Vijay Kumar Jogdande said that guidelines have been issued to all the districts to organize programs on the occasion of Yoga Day.
