Uttarakhand personnel will roar in Delhi regarding their demands, discussion on proposed rallies

Employees of Uttarakhand have geared up for the Delhi Chalo campaign. On December 7, workers from across the country will protest against the government at Ramlila Maidan in New Delhi. Employees of Uttarakhand made a strategy to join the campaign being run for four-point demands including EPF-95 pension. On Sunday, a meeting of EPF-95 holders and present EPF holders, employees of public corporations, undertakings, non-government schools, autonomous institutions was held in ISBT premises. Which was presided over by Shailesh Sharma. In the meeting, preparations for participation in the proposed rally in Delhi were discussed.

Addressing the meeting, Secretary of the Sangharsh Committee BS Rawat said that the Sangharsh Committee has been demanding for the last six years that the pension of Higher Pension and others and dearness allowance of Rs 7500 and dearness allowance to the new EPF-95 employees should be given at least from the contribution of the employees. Pension medical facility of Rs 5000 should be provided. However, due to no action being taken till now, the patience of retired personnel has started to wear off. The standing committee formed by the Prime Minister has sent its recommendation to the Labor Ministry. There is hesitation in implementing it. State Corporation Employees Federation President Dinesh Gosain appealed to participate in the rally. TS Bisht, Prem Singh Panwar, GK Mandola, Subhash Shah, Anurag Nautiyal etc. were present in the meeting.
