
Today, Women Empowerment and Child Development Minister Rekha Arya, at her government residence located in Yamuna Colony, under “Mukhyamantri Vatsalya Yojana”, in the accounts of beneficiaries for the month of April and May-2023, through PFMS (P.F.M.S.), in the accounts of a total of 6 thousand 219 beneficiaries. A total amount of 3 crore 72 lakh 42 thousand was transferred digitally.
Explain that under the Mukhyamantri Vatsalya Yojana, due to the death of mother/father/guardian due to Kovid-19 epidemic and other diseases, financial assistance of Rs.3 thousand per month is provided to the affected children from birth to 21 years.
Kids need not worry:
Women Empowerment and Child Development Minister Rekha Arya said that our children need not worry about what will happen to them now as she herself is standing by them as a parent. It will be their endeavor that all the officers have been directed to ensure that every child gets its benefit and everyone has been asked to fulfill their responsibilities very well.
Assistance amount being given to orphan children till the age of 21 years:
Rekha Arya said that under the scheme, financial assistance of three thousand rupees per month is being given to orphan children till the age of 21 years through the Women Empowerment and Child Development Department, as well as free education, food items, skill development for such children. Health facilities, horizontal reservation in government services and other provisions have also been made.
Financial assistance is also being given to the children by the Women Empowerment and Child Development Department. On this occasion, Secretary Mr. Harichand Semwal, Chief Probation Officer Mr. Mohit Chowdhary, Mrs. Anjana Gupta and other officers of the bank were present.
