On Saturday, on the occasion of completion of one year term as MLA, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of development schemes worth 50.54 crores in Champawat. Interacting with the public at Goralchod Maidan, he said, the path of ideal Champawat will lead to ideal Uttarakhand. We are determined to make such Uttarakhand, which becomes an example for the entire Himalayan states. In view of the Odisha train accident, the CM postponed the road show. Check distribution program to cultural and beneficiaries was also cancelled. The CM expressed condolences for the dead of the train accident by keeping silence for two minutes.
Expressing his gratitude to the people of Champawat, Dhami said in the public dialogue that it was because of the blessings and support given by you a year back that I am able to serve as the chief servant. With the blessings of Maa Purnagiri, Golju, Maa Varahi, he is working with the public to make Champawat the best district and for the prosperous development of the state. We have prepared its foundation with the cooperation of the public. When all the plans will come true, when the new Ganges of development will flow. By the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the state, Champawat will be leading in the field of basic facilities like education, horticulture, tourism, road, health, communication.
We are working on the resolution:
CM Dhami said that the manifesto is issued before the elections. We had issued a resolution letter. In which direction we are working. 1.81 lakh Antyodaya families are being refilled three gas cylinders free of cost in a year. Attempts were made to change the appearance of Devbhoomi by erecting illegal mausoleum structures at 450 places in the forests, we demolished them without any care. The state government is working keeping the interest of the state paramount.
Tanakpur-Bageshwar rail in Modi’s nine gems:
During the public dialogue, Dhami also mentioned the nine gems of PM Narendra Modi. Said, it is a matter of pride for the state that the Tanakpur-Bageshwar rail line is included in Modi’s nine gems. The implementation of the plan will benefit the marginal areas.
Release of Development Handbook:
Based on the works done for the development of Champawat district in one year, CM released Champawat Development Book, Adarsh Champawat Badte Kadam Calendar and Development Book Uttarakhand.

Ring road will be constructed on Kolidhek lake. Water will be given to Lohaghat from the lake.
Construction of 1.5 km road from Sukhidhang main road to freedom fighter’s village Amkhark.
Construction of modern multistorey parking, shopping complex at Roadways Station Champawat.
Sewer line work will be done in Champawat Nagar.
Construction of 10 km roads under Champawat Tehsil.
Road safety works on State Route-10 and 57 in Lohaghat.

A master plan will be prepared for the development of Reetha Sahib area.
