Dhami’s threat will remain in Himachal and Gujarat, BJP will make full use of campaign

In the assembly elections of Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat, the threat of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is also going to be very strong. The BJP, led by Dhami, was successful in breaking the myth of changing power in Uttarakhand every five years.
Along with this, the Dhami government has taken steps towards implementing a Uniform Civil Code in Uttarakhand. In such a situation, in view of Dhami’s increased stature politically, the BJP is going to make full use of him in both the election states.
During this, while the party will underline the importance of double engine, while in view of development, it will try to give a message to the people that it is in the interest of the states not to change. For this, Uttarakhand will be presented as an example.

Created history by winning 57 out of 70 assembly seats
If we look at the political history of Uttarakhand, till the year 2017, there was a myth that the power changes here every five years. In the 2017 assembly elections, the BJP created history by winning 57 out of 70 seats in the assembly, securing a thumping majority.
In such a situation, in the year 2022 assembly elections, the challenge before the BJP was to break this myth. The party succeeded in this with the help of a double engine and under the leadership of Chief Minister Dhami. Although the BJP lost 10 seats compared to its previous performance, it managed to secure a clear majority.
The myth-breaking victory naturally tied Chief Minister Dhami’s head. This was the reason that despite losing the election, the central leadership of the party reposed faith in Dhami. Dhami justified the decision of the central leadership by securing a historic victory in the by-election.

Take steps on the principle of booth won – election won:
Along with this, BJP took steps on the basic mantra of winning the booth in the assembly elections in Uttarakhand. Emphasis on assembly constituency wise election management.
Not only this, Chief Minister Dhami had promised to implement Uniform Civil Code in the state during the elections. Dhami decided to constitute an expert committee in this regard in the first cabinet of the second innings itself. The committee is constantly taking suggestions from the public. Even this has sent a good message to the country.
In view of all this, the Chief Minister wants to capitalize on Dhami’s image and development in the state on the basis of double engine in the assembly elections of Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat.
In this episode, the schemes of more than one lakh crores received by the state from the center can be mentioned. Where the provincial office bearers of Uttarakhand BJP are playing an important role in election management in Himachal, the sequence of election meetings of Chief Minister Dhami has also been started there.
On the previous day itself, Dhami had held meetings in favor of party candidates in three assembly constituencies there. The schedules of his other meetings are being scheduled in the coming days.
According to party sources, the strategy of election management at the booth level was adopted in the assembly elections of Uttarakhand, the same is being adopted in Himachal. The party’s intention behind all this is to break the myth of changing power in Himachal every five years.

Increased vigil on the border regarding Himachal assembly elections:
Police-administration officials met in Hatkoti for the second time to establish coordination between the two states on the inter-state border for the Himachal Assembly elections to be held on November 12.
In this, the District Magistrate Shimla asked the police-administrative officers of Himachal and Uttarakhand posted in the border area to follow the guidelines of the Election Commission to conduct the elections in a peaceful manner. DC Shimla instructed to keep a close watch on every activity in the border area and to be vigilant.

There is a political ruckus for the 2022 assembly elections to be held in the neighboring state of Himachal. Politicians of political parties engaged in election campaign are holding public meetings in support of their candidates.
With the election campaign gaining momentum in Himachal, the police-administration has made full preparations on its part for peaceful voting. In this sequence, under the direction of the District Magistrate Shimla, the second meeting of the police-administrative officers of the border areas belonging to both the hill states of Himachal and Uttarakhand was held at Hatkoti.
In this, ADM Shimla, SDM Jubbal, SDM Purola, Tehsildar in-charge Chakrata, SHO Tuni, SHO Jubbal and outpost in-charge Arakoti-Mori and other officers participated and discussed the security arrangements of the border area.
When the borders of both the states are connected to each other, the police-administration asked to run a joint checking campaign to increase vigil in the border area. According to the instructions of the Election Commission, the boundaries of the border area will be sealed 48 hours before the date of polling. So that there should not be any problem in election. During this, SDM Jitendra Singh, Tehsildar in-charge Keshavdutt Joshi, SHO Ashish Ravian etc. were present.
