On the eve of his birthday, Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami celebrated his birthday among the children by reaching Subhash Chandra Bose Residential Hostel in Baniawala today. On the eve of his birthday today, Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami cut a cake with the children at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Residential Girls Hostel, Baniawala, Dehradun and during this he spent about an hour with them. The Chief Minister also distributed gifts to the children. The children also wished the Chief Minister a healthy and long life while lighting the lamp, chanting Gayatri Mantra and Ganesh Vandana. There was no limit to the happiness of the children after finding the Chief Minister among them. The Chief Minister inspired the children to study wholeheartedly and become good people in life.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister also donated food and also ate food sitting with the children and fed them with his own hands. On this occasion, Director General of Education Shri Vanshidhar Tiwari, Additional State Project Director Samagra Shiksha Dr. Mukul Kumar Sati etc. were present.

Planted trees in the campus
A plantation program was also organized in the hostel premises by Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority. During this period, Chief Minister Shri Dhami planted saplings in the hostel premises. Arrangements for plants like mango, litchi, neem etc. were made here by MDDA. Authority Vice President Shri Vanshidhar Tiwari said that soon various swings will also be installed in the hostel premises.

The children looked excited seeing the Chief Minister among them. The children lit lamps, chanted Gayatri Mantra and worshiped Ganesh and prayed for the healthy and long life of the Chief Minister. The Chief Minister also planted trees.
