Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that there will be a ban on outsiders purchasing land in Uttarakhand. This strictness has been taken after confirmed information about indiscriminate buying and selling of land in the name of farming and horticulture in Devbhoomi. This ban is for land mafia and those who buy land with wrong intentions. If any person wants to take land for business, industry or any other startup, which will also benefit the local people, then he is welcome in Uttarakhand. This is not the first time that a strict decision has been taken in the interest of the state. Before this, anti-conversion law and anti-copying law were brought and strict action has been taken against encroachment on government land. Uniform Civil Code will also be implemented soon.
