The 11th convocation ceremony of Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal Central University will be organized on November 8 in the auditorium of the university’s Chauras campus. President Draupadi Murmu is the chief guest of the convocation ceremony. This time the university is organizing the graduation ceremony on the theme Strong Women, Prosperous Nation.

The Vice Chancellor said that Uttarakhand Governor Lieutenant General (Army) Gurmeet Singh and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will also be present in this initiation ceremony to be presided over by Chancellor Dr. Yogendra Narayan. Vice Chancellor Prof. Annapurna Nautiyal said that the initiation ceremony programs on November 8 will be completed in about 55 minutes. In this, the gold medal winners of the university will be awarded.

Coordinator of the graduation ceremony, Prof. YP Raivani said that the 11th initiation ceremony was organized by Vice Chancellor Prof. This is also the sixth consecutive initiation ceremony held during the tenure of Annapurna Nautiyal. Vice Chancellor Prof. Annapurna held initiation ceremonies every year. Strong Women, Prosperous Nation is also the theme of this initiation ceremony.
